Ingredients
Crust:
- 1 1/4 Cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 Cup of melted butter
Pie Filling:
- 1 Can of sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
- 4 Large egg yolks
- 1/2 Cup of key lime juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs and butter.
- Get a 9in pie dish and press the graham cracker mixture into the pan and form a pie mold.
- Whisk sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks until combined and smooth.
- Whisk in the lime juice.
- Pour into the crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Allow the pie to cool and refrigerate overnight.
