Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 1/4 Cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup of melted butter

Pie Filling:

  • 1 Can of sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
  • 4 Large egg yolks
  • 1/2 Cup of key lime juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together graham cracker crumbs and butter.
  3. Get a 9in pie dish and press the graham cracker mixture into the pan and form a pie mold.
  4. Whisk sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks until combined and smooth.
  5. Whisk in the lime juice.
  6. Pour into the crust.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Allow the pie to cool and refrigerate overnight.
  9. Enjoy 🙂
