Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 3 lbs of russet potatoes
- 1 Cup thinly sliced or chopped onion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
Directions
- Cook the ground beef with salt and pepper
- Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch thick pieces *use above photo for reference*
- Add half of the potatoes, half of the onions, half of all seasonings, half of the ground beef, and half of thee cheese into the crockpot or slow cooker.
- Repeat step 3
- Pour the broth evenly over the mixture
- Cook on high for 4 hours
