Crockpot Beef And Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 3 lbs of russet potatoes
  • 1 Cup thinly sliced or chopped onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken or beef broth

Directions

  1. Cook the ground beef with salt and pepper
  2. Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch thick pieces *use above photo for reference*
  3. Add half of the potatoes, half of the onions, half of all seasonings, half of the ground beef, and half of thee cheese into the crockpot or slow cooker.
  4. Repeat step 3
  5. Pour the broth evenly over the mixture
  6. Cook on high for 4 hours
  7. Enjoy 🙂
