This is such a delicious banana bread! Be careful, when you make this because it will only last a couple hours because it’s that good. When I’ve made this for my family it was gone the same day!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Bananas
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 TSP Baking soda
- 1/4 TSP Salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
- Add sugar and butter in a bowl and use a mixer until it is light and fluffy.
- Mix eggs and bananas to the butter and sugar mixture.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix.
- Put batter mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.

Tips
- Use overripe bananas. They are so much easier to mix and also taste better for the recipe.
- After the hour of baking, check the loaf with a toothpick and if it comes out clean it is done.
- You might need to bake your loaf a little bit shorter or longer than 1 hour depending on your oven.
