Yummy Banana Bread Recipe (Very Easy)

This is such a delicious banana bread! Be careful, when you make this because it will only last a couple hours because it’s that good. When I’ve made this for my family it was gone the same day!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Bananas
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 TSP Baking soda
  • 1/4 TSP Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
  2. Add sugar and butter in a bowl and use a mixer until it is light and fluffy.
  3. Mix eggs and bananas to the butter and sugar mixture.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix.
  5. Put batter mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.

Tips

  • Use overripe bananas. They are so much easier to mix and also taste better for the recipe.
  • After the hour of baking, check the loaf with a toothpick and if it comes out clean it is done.
  • You might need to bake your loaf a little bit shorter or longer than 1 hour depending on your oven.
