Ingredients
- 1lb of Ground beef (extra lean)
- 14oz of Can tomato sauce
- 6 Cups Broccoli florets
- 1 3/4 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 Stalk of Celery
- 1 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Garlic powder
- 1/4 TSP Ground cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Add broccoli to a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave the broccoli for 5 minutes until tender.
- Cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add into the pan used to cook the ground beef, tomato sauce, celery, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- In an 8×8 baking dish add the broccoli mixture and half of cheddar cheese and mix well
- Put the remaining cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until browned on top.
