Keto Ground Beef And Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1lb of Ground beef (extra lean)
  • 14oz of Can tomato sauce
  • 6 Cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 3/4 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Stalk of Celery
  • 1 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Garlic powder
  • 1/4 TSP Ground cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Add broccoli to a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Microwave the broccoli for 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Cook the ground beef until browned.
  5. Add into the pan used to cook the ground beef, tomato sauce, celery, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  7. In an 8×8 baking dish add the broccoli mixture and half of cheddar cheese and mix well
  8. Put the remaining cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes until browned on top.
